At Shajar, customer satisfaction and product quality are very important to us. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.
Returns
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

The product received is damaged

The product received is defective

The product received is incorrect
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification

The product should be unused and in its original packaging
Replacement

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacements will be shipped after verification of the issue.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Products with opened, tampered, or missing packaging

Orders placed with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
